The Thomas Loyalty Club is a comprehensive home maintenance and home warranty program. Depending on which club tier you sign up for—Bronze, Silver, Gold—you’ll receive annual coverage with combined HVAC maintenance, plumbing system maintenance, electrical service, and appliance repair. Your monthly fees can provide you with up to $10,000/yr coverage. Our experienced team is standing by to answer any questions you may have and to sign you up at the most convenient tier for your needs.

How the TLC Plan Works

The Thomas Loyalty Club covers an immense amount of services for homes. But the way it works is straightforward:

  • Schedule: When you have a problem in your house, call our team 24 hours a day. A friendly customer service representative will help determine which trade technician is right for the job. They’ll then schedule a convenient service window with you. We’ll call you to confirm before we send a technician to your house to be sure you’ll be there.
  • Understand the problem: The technician will go through the problem with you and then offer several repair options.
  • Choose the repair solution: You choose which repair solution is best for you, and then the technician will go to work. Our technicians will never do any work until we have your approval.
  • Job Completed: The technician completes the job. High-five, you got it done! You’ll receive a 15% discount for any repair not included in your TLC plan. If the technician can’t fix it, we’ll replace it for you with a standard, builder-grade product or offer you a check.
